Prices and availability of tires (new and used) are subject to change without prior notice. All products are sold “as is” unless a specific warranty is indicated. Used tires are sold without warranty, and the customer acknowledges their condition at the time of purchase.
Warranties
Mechanical and paint services may include a limited warranty if so stated in writing at the time of payment. Any warranty offered will be subject to specific terms and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or a lack of subsequent maintenance.
Delivery Times
Estimated times for vehicle repair or delivery may vary. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.
Financing
We offer payment options through third parties, such as American First Finance. Approvals are subject to evaluation by the external financial provider. Tyrex13 does not guarantee approval, specific rates, or terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts within the state.
